U.S. ARMS POLICY PAGE


The purchase of any U.S. Arms lowers requires a Federal background check. U.S. Arms® ships to FFL’s (Federal Firearm Licensees) only! Please have your local FFL email (sales@usarmsllc.com) a signed copy of their Federal Firearms License. You may locate your nearest FFL by visiting http://www.atf.gov/ or by calling 928-263-0071 and speaking with one of our representatives. Your order will be processed and shipped once payment and a signed copy of a FFL is received. You may place your order before or after sending a copy of a FFL, but please keep in mind that if you fail a background check for any reason after an order is purchased, your money will not be refunded.
All Federal/State/Local laws and limitations apply. Delivery/ship times are estimated at the time of the order.


Under no circumstances shall U.S. Arms, be responsible for consequential and or incidental  damages due to injury or economic loss of property. U.S. Arms shall not be responsible for the results of  unauthorized alterations, modifications, improper handling, improper or non-SAAMI  ammunition, lack of weapon maintenance, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use. The modification/conversion of a lower receiver into a AR pistol or class 3 weapon shall void the warranty, either expressed or implied.
We offer Limited Life Time Warranty: we will cover cost of repairing or exchanging the product if it cannot be repaired, but the buyer shall be paying shipping cost both ways. Ordering incomplete U.S. Arms lower receivers (with any parts removed) voids any and all warranty our products.
Disassembling, even partially, any US Arms Lowers, it will void any warranty. 
We charge 20% restocking fees for any return.
